Nutrition Facts: These on the right are correct to what I tried.
Directions: For use it was really simple I placed 9g in my on shaker with 16OZ of water and shook the shaker, it mixed really easily and well.
Flavors Tried: Fruit Fusion
First thoughts: Smell was nice and it looked good, like any other drink on the market, nothing that stood out to think anything bad.
Appearance: A nice bright fruity punch color.
Taste: Why is it Optimum Nutrition dont just make low calorie drinks, if they did I would buy them often as the taste of this Fruit Fusion was out of this world for me, the drink was very refreshing and so tasty.
Smell: You could really smell the fruits in the drink and was a great smell, again nothing bad here.
Texture: None it was the same consistency as water as it mixed very well.
Pros: A great workout drink, it gave a great energy boost to my workout while I was lifting heavy in the gym and left me still feeling full of energy after my workout, there was no energy crash after and the drink doesn’t have loads of other rubbish within the ingredients, at only 10 calories per serving, I really have to say its great and as for workout pump I did feel more of a pump while using this supplement as supposed to when I am not using it.
Cons: Caffeine was a little high for me as I got a little jittery from it, but probably just me as I try to stay away from caffeine, but hay it wouldn’t be an energy drink without the caffeine really would it, so really I must say I dont have any bad things to say about this product.
