Mainly the same little lower in weight:
Wrist was = 6.25 now = 6.25
Fore arm was = 11 now = 12
Biceps was = 12 now = 15
Shoulders was = 46 now = 49
Chest was = 36.5 now = 40
Waste was = 30.5 now = 36
Hips was = 32 now = 35
Butt was = 35.5 now = 39.5
Thigh was = n/a now = 21.5
Calves was = n/a now = 14.5
Neck was = 15 now = 15.5
BF% was = N/A Now = 19%
Weight now =191 lb

OK so why I haven’t I updated?
A: so sorry I ended up going away and where we went I had no access to the internet
But the question is have I still been on it?
A: Yes I have, apart from the fact I couldn’t hit the gym as I was only near fields lol, so lots of walking, running and still doing my extreme cardio
Did I still diet correctly?
A: I sure hope so, I ate what I had been last week and if I couldn’t eat that I did a alternative, the only thing I did do was I consumed some glasses of wine with a meal around about 4 times, but I am confident that it will be OK
I do have some thoughts about my weight not changing much from the week before, I feel I might be eating to many calories, BUT I am going to see what happens next week and then start to think about changes as it can take a while for things to start working
Week Two over
I will add more pictures once the measurements start to change else there will be no point really
also keep following I am going to make things allot more interesting
