My Journey Week Four

Sizes and weight

Not Good \/

Wrist  now = 6.25
Fore arm now = 12
Biceps now = 15
Shoulders now = 49
Chest now = 40
Waste now = 36
Hips now = 35
Butt now = 39.5
Thigh now = 21.5
Calves now = 14.5
Neck now = 15.5

BF%  = 19%

Weight now =193.2 lb  gone 2.2lb

Now unless I am putting some good muscle, then I dont have a clue what’s going on, so as of today (Monday) I have changed my calories I will be now eating 2000 a day and see what that does :)

Monday 14/05/2012 Day 17

After a shocking start to the day with the view on the scales, I hit the gym hard and then extreme cardio again later.

Telling you next Monday will be nothing like this Monday, I will have a good weight loss and also some sizes changes its better be grr lol look I have even started a Facebook page for when I am ripped http://www.facebook.com/KADUnleashed like it now before its to big and full of pictures of me lol

/\ how wrong was I lol, but check it out things were also good

All the above days I worked my but off and stuck to everything, I was very tierd and was looking forward to my weekend day off
