My Journey Week Five Onwards

Wrist now = 6.50
Fore arm now = 11.75
Biceps now = 15.25
Shoulders now = 49.75
Chest now = 40.25
Waste now = 36.25
Hips now = 36
Butt now = 39.5
Thigh now = 23
Calves now = 14.5
Neck now = 15.75

BF% = 18%

Weight now =196lb

OK a little key to the colors:

Red is up in size or weight
Green is down in size or weight
Black is stayed the same

Not a clue I am telling you, I did it all to the book, what gets me I haven’t had any problems before in loosing weight apart from will power, and now I have started doing it with showing it all on our website its gone crazy, So a number of things I am doing different now, I am eating more protein to what I would normally and I am eating less carbs, I dont think I am drinking enough water so I am upping that

I am going to give it another week like this and see what happens, as my fat % has gone down, but could be wrong due to my waist size going up, I do know my wrist swell more when I am holding water so could be water lol who knows, carry on and see, on the plus side I gained some nice size on my quads and biceps lol.

Bad start to the day with the weighting nearly 200lb lol hope that’s muscle gain doh

Got in the gym and so determined to do this so I kicked ass.

Sunday 27/05/2012 Day 29

Great week and did well, I stopped doing the extreme cardio as I had a feeling that I might have been over doing it (if that can be done?)

Monday 28/05/2012 Day 30

So I weighed my self and have gone down in weight and in bf%, I feel its wrong but time will tell as I keep saying, this could be due to not doing the extreme cardio, so will see after this week.

Wednesday 30/05/2012 Day 32

Took a look at the information of some medication I have been taking for years (these keep me from going mental) turns out these can make you put allot of weight on (fat) I thought back to before I had issues (nearly 7 years ago) I was thinking how skinny I was, I only really piled on body fat when I started taking medication, so something is going to get done about this TODAY


Tuesday 12/06/2012 Day 45

OK last week I forgot to do my weighing, (first time in months I am so used to doing it on Fridays for years lol) anyway all last week was good I did have some beer over the weekend for a party I went to and the weekend before for the queen (lol) so now I am back to being fully strict

I haven’t had chance to measure my self but will soon, as for my weight its

Weight now =197b

up lol but trust me over the next weeks things are going down its a must, I have now started to change my medication and hopefully this will help, as I didn’t realized but it was medication that puts on weight so it it doesn’t that who knows what else it was doing to go against me
