Follow me (Karl owner of unleashed beasts) on a journey from fat to fit, well OK I am not massively fat maybe just a highish body fat percentage, but why not follow me and watch me get ripped to hell by doing a number a things, I will take you through my full journey and let you know the ins and outs, from what I eat and to what exercise I do, read on to find out more:
The Plan:
- Go from my high body fat to a low one.

- Loose my body fat fast but try and keep as much muscle as I can.
- Eat correctly and clean.
- Get in a good sleep routien (ie. get up earlier than I do now).
- Then once I have succeeded in all this, keep lean and gain muscle.
How to Execute the plan:
- Start on Monday the 23rd.
- Dont stop until I am ripped.
What things will I show you?
- I will add my weight every week.
- I will add my sizes every week.
- I will add my pictures every week.
- I will tell you what calories I have consumed daily where I can.
- I will try and update daily but definitely weekly.
- I will answer any questions you might have.
