What’s your best music to work out to?

Anything upbeat. Dance stuff usually.

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?

I usually have a cheat meal once a week.

Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?

Rarely. Maybe once a month

What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?

Breakfast – Oatmeal Pancake
Protein shake with an apple
Lunch- 3 oz chicken with brown rice and veggies
Protein shake with a tbsp almond butter
Dinner- 3oz tilapia with veggies and 12 almonds
¾ cup egg whites

What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?

My 3 kids and fitness competing.

What is your main goal in life?

To set a healthy example for my kids and other moms out there. To just enjoy life each day.
