Two times per day one body part from five to six exercises for four sets .
Never cardio just warmup
I always eat clean, just 2 days per month I eat watever I like .
I keep my body fat low and it’s the style that I like to feel strong healthy and always in shape.
When and why did you get started?
I start from the age of 15 years old and my goal was to lose my fat and rip my abs
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
Always get stronger, no time to lose.
Have you done any competitions or plan to?
I comp.several times in IFBB amateur bodybuilding in Cyprus ,that I win two times the mr Cyprus title.
Also I win in 2000 1 time 1st place in juniors.
From 2002-2007 in 90kg I take 5 times the 3rd place in 90 kg .
In 90+ kg: 1 time 1st Place , 1 time 3rd place and 1 time 2nd place .
And 3 years now I compete also in Musclemania universe in USA .
I was the first time in top ten in open heavy weight and took the 6th place
and before 6 months I competed again and took the 4th place in open heavyweight .
Friday 18th November and saturday 19th November, I competed again in Musclemania universe in Las Vegas in open heavy weight 200+lbs, more leaner and muscular and
I won the MR UNIVERSE MUSCLEMANIA 2011!
What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
My biggest dream it’s to be a professional bodybuilder!!
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
No ,I always have day off from dieting 2 times every month and and eat anything I like that day
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I never like alcohol
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)

Chest from Arnold ,legs from Phil Heath and back from Coleman because for me those body parts on them it’s phenomenon

Phil Heath because he was a great performer this year on stage
and very lean for his bodyweight and monster muscular
