Workout Routine:

I‘m currently training instinctively at the moment. Whatever muscle group I feel like hitting on the day. High sets & High Reps with short rest between sets. I hit each muscle group hard until failure.

Allot of other women look up to you, who do you look up to?

I wouldn’t say I look up to a particular person. I find inspiration from all athletes at the top level of most sport. I know it takes an enormous amount of drive and self belief to get where they are.

Your favourite food?

Salmon (Peking duck on a cheat meal)

What’s your best music to work out to?

Progressive trance or anything high energy.

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?

I’m allowed a cheat meal once a week. Yes unfortunately I love ALL food!

Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?

I don’t drink alcohol at all. I guess that makes me a teetotaller.

 

What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?

Low carb / low sugar diet which consists of organic protein & fats (lean meat, nuts & eggs). Green vegetables & Ultimate Performance Supplements (UPS Sustain & ISO 85+ Protein shakes).

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?

I’ve been training as an endurance athlete for years but am new to the world of resistance training & IFBB figure competition, so I’m looking for the muscular development of some of the top IFBB figure Pro’s. I’m yet to develop that ‘cap’ on my shoulders which I looking for so I’d have to say Ava Cowan’s delts as my first pick. Erin sterns legs & Nicole Wilkons back development.

What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?

Running for Australia in middle distance running at the age of 16. Starting up my Marketing & Design agency in 2003. www.WhiteTiger.com.au Learning to ride and race a GP bike for team GMC in the Australian championships and at the Phillip Island MotoGP. Ooops that’s 3

What is your main goal in life?

To be happy / healthy / set and achieve new goals & motivate others to doing the same!
