Sara Fennell – Willpower & Determination To Make A Positive Change

Age: 26yrs old
Weight: Off season- 135-140lbs Stage weight – 125lbs
Workout Routine:

My workout routine varies depending on what stage I’m at in preparation for a show. Currently I am just about to start a prep for my next competition which is June 2, 2012. I am currently still working on building and my workout split is:
Mon – Shoulders
Tues – Off
Wed – Back
Thurs – Chest
Fri – Off
Sat – Legs
Sun – Bi’s and Tri’s

A lot of other women look up to you, who do you look up to?

I look up to anyone who has the willpower and determination to make a positive change in their life. Many people have goals and aspirations but to actually follow through and make it a reality takes a lot of self re-assurance.

Your favourite food?

Favorite cheat food would have to be chocolate covered pretzels. But favorite diet food is quinoa, it’s a great complex carb and goes with everything, I even have it for breakfast sometimes with berries in it.

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?

Ha ha OF COURSE! I am human! I do enjoy a good ‘cheat food’ every now and then, but if I am preparing for a show and dieting I don’t touch junk food. Even in the off season I don’t like how I feel when I eat stuff like that.

Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?

Occasionally, I love wine, but I only drink about 3-4 times a year.

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?

Legs & calves – Emily Stirling – her legs are incredible
Abs – Dana Lin Bailey – maybe not as big as hers but they are very well built and symmetrical
Nicole Wilkins – Back – I love the width of her back and it’s got great definition

What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?

1st – was winning the figure overall title at my last show in Nov
2nd – was getting a supplement sponsorship with FUSION BODYBUILDING which just happened in January

What is your main goal in life?

My main goal in life is to live it to it’s fullest, be healthy and happy.
My goal as a figure athlete is to get my IFBB Pro Card
