When and why did you get started?
I started out as a high level footballer who was on his way to playing at a professional level. From day one I was told I was going to be a footballer so you can imagine how crushed I was when I didn’t make it. The reason was because I was to small, weighing around 150 lbs, I wouldn’t cut it for the big leagues so the coach told me to hit the gym. Feeling I had let everyone who had ever believed in me down, I set on the quest to become the best I could be in the sport I love today- bodybuilding! Part of me feels it was a blessing, and that failure had gave me the true drive and mindset needed to excel in this sport! A great quote I once read said “success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm”
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
In my mind the sport of bodybuilding and life is all about self progression. In life and bodybuilding I wake up everyday looking to build a better me in my physique and my mental approach… and I understand that the only way I am going to obtain my goal is to always look to push my own limits! So to answer your question I feel it is part of my character to always strive to be the best me so I cant see myself ever just maintaining. I feel life is all about setting goals achieving those goals and then making the next one and so on, or why are we really here?

My dreams are to earn my pro card and to set on to the mr O stage also own my supplement store.
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
Believe it or not I am not a big eater even if I do eat 7 meals a day lol! So once I have consumed my meals which is an effort at the best of times the last thing I want is any more food ! The only time I crave junk food is when I do my contest prep. This is only due to my lack of glucose within the body not really for the taste of junk/ sweet foods but more for the fast acting sugars which my body wants so bad due to the fact I am asking it to work harder than ever on limited kcals..
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I drink maybe 5 times a year friends birthdays and xmas and new year.
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)
All the Anabolic design range!
