5 meals 2 protein shakes, meal 1: 150 otmeal, sc whey powder, meal 2- 300g mixed grill 300 g, white rice, meal 3,meal 4, meal 5 same as meal 2. Last meal 300g white fish 300g rice 5 eggs omelet with sea food cheese and ham.

When and why did you get started?
I start training in 1998 when I was 17 yrs old.
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
Always to get stronger.
Have you done any competitions or plan to?
Yes I have done over 40 competitions , 2012 I’m planning on doing Europe Arnold Classic .
What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
Compete at the MR Olympia.
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
No if you diet its 100% your body will be the same.
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
Yes of season I drink 3 beers over the weekend. That’s about it.
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)

Who do you look up to these days and why?
Cedric mc millian, like the guys physique very similar to mine, but its stage presence and overall shape its my bodybuilder ideal.
