When and why did you get started?
When I quite soccer at 13 years old, I started to gain some weight and I was not happy about it but I did not do anything about it until I turned 15 years old, that’s when I entered my first gym. The first year I didn’t lift weights, I just did cardio, but then after I got a gym buddy I started to lifts some weights and got some nice strength gains and muscle gains. I started to get addicted to bodybuilding and read a lot on the internet on how to build muscle!
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
I haven’t decided that yet but I still want to look aesthetic!
What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
Get a IFBB Pro card would be cool and fun to have, but I still want to have a nice symmetry!
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
I don’t have any problems to stick to my diet since I see my changes on my body that gives me a huge motivation and that helps me stick to my diet and not cheat!
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I have only drunk alcohol 4 times in my whole life, I don’t like the taste of it and I don’t really get that drunk when I drink so I think it is pointless for me to drink, so no I don’t drink.
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)
Caffeine, I use it when I am tired and when cutting to have the energy I need.
