Workout Routine:

Monday: Back/Biceps/Shoulders.
Tuesday: Legs.
Wednesday: Chest/Triceps.
Thursday: Back/Biceps/Shoulders.
Friday: Legs.
Saturday: Chest/Triceps/Calves.
Sunday: Rest.

Bulking Diet:

Meal 1: 10 Egg whites & 1 cup Oatmeal.
Meal 2: Handful of Fruit & Multi-vit tablets.
Meal 3: Salmon, 2 cup’s of Brown Rice, 1 cup of Green Veggies.
Meal 4: 10 oz Extra lean red meat, 8 oz Sweet Potatoes.
Meal 5: 10 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup of Green Veggies, 2 cup’s of White Rice.
Meal 6: 2 Scoop Protein, 2 tsp Peanut Butter.
Meal 7: 10 oz Extra lean red meat, 8 oz Sweet Potatoes.
Meal 8: Lean Fish (Talipia, Cod, Mahi Mahi e.c.t) 2 cup’s of Romanian Salad.
Meal 9: 1 cup of Cottage Cheese

When and why did you get started?

It was Ali Bey the NPC National 1994 Bantamweight champ that got me started. I starting training with him and I just fell in love with the sport! Luckily I was blessed with with great genetics and Ali would always say that I would do really well if I entered in a show. I did what he said and won and I’ve been winning ever since. It was Ali Bey who gave me the nick name “The Human Action Figure”

Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?

I will always plan on trying to better, this sport is called bodybuilding not bodybuilt which means there is always the continual pursuit of a new masterpiece!

Have you done any competitions or plan to?

My next show will be the 2012 WBFF Championships August 24th and 25th where I will destroy Lee Priest.

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?

To unveil a physique an masterpiece so awe inspiring that it would be consider as a work of art to have Legends like Robby Robinson, say job well done.

Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?

I have in the past but my vision is so clear that cheating is not an option.

Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?

I do but only on special occasion.

If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)

I look up to the Old school bodybuilders like Serge Nubret, Robby Robinson and Frank Zane.

Your top 3 tips to someone that might be just starting out bodybuilding?

  1. Stay true to yourself and never compromise how you are.
  2. Stop chasing size and chase after symmetry and perfection .
  3.  I would say training hard is fine but if you are serious about this sport get your business straight. I know a lot on stage successful bodybuilders but off stage it is not the same. Make good decisions this is your career.

What is your favourite motivation online and why?

The old school feel and work ethic!
