How and why did you get started?

One night somehow ended up on Zyzz Page and then decided to find out more about him,soon after watching a few of his videos of what he used to be like and what he was like now after 4 years of hard work and dedication.I then took up lifting the next day and has been over 7 months now and I have not looked back since.

I’m not aiming to become some sort of a massed up freak I want to achieve a physique which would appeal to anyone and everyone something along the lines of Zyzz or Lazar Angelov thats probably something similar to what i hope to achieve one day but there is so much more work left to be done in the years to come that i dont really think too much about the future and just try to concentrate on the present
