When and why did you get started?
I started mid 2007 as I was going down the wrong paths of life due to personal reasons, when I found bodybuilding it kept me focused and on the right paths of life!
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
Keep pushing to get stronger and build more muscle
Have you done any competitions or plan to?
- 2008 ukbff Wales 1st timers 2nd place and a British invite
- 2010 ukbff stars of tomorrow inter u90k 2nd place and invite for British.
- 2011 ukbff stars of tomorrow men’s open u90k hopefully 1st place

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
a sponsorship and a push in the right direction by the right person!
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
No I find the diet easy! Ill eat pretty much clean all year round except from xmas , ill have a Sunday off and eat what and when I like.
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I use to drink every weekend until I found bodybuilding, just on special occasions now, witch is very rare!
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)
glucosamine ( helps lube the joints after lifting heavy)

Anything good and healthy.

Who do you look up to these days and why?
I look up to the squat rack in the gym when its loaded up and the bar is bending: because if I dont, trust me it will cause some damage!

1. Be patient its a slow sport, but if you want it…go get it, (good things comes to those who wait)
