Allot of other women look up to you, who do you look up to?

I look up to Ashley Horner. She is a mother and has achieved so much thus far.

Your favourite food?

I would have to say Mexican Food. I love spicy foods!

What’s your best music to workout to?

I love using my FitRadio app and I either listen to Hard Rock or Top 40 depending on what I am doing. Weights or Cardio.

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?

Of course I do, I am human. I don’t eat it often, but I allow myself a cheat MEAL every 14 days. I follow my nutrition plan all day and drink my water until that meal comes around. The next day I am right back to my clean eating and training.

Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?

Yes, I like a 4oz glass of wine with dinner almost every night and yes I do weigh out exactly 4oz, Ha-Ha. During my show prepping phases I do not drink at all until my show is over. My prepping phases are typically 5-6 months long.

What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?

M1: Oatmeal bake w/ 1 tbsp PB
M2: Quest Bar
M3: Pre Workout (1 scoop of whey mixed w/ 8oz water)
M4: Post workout (either an oatmeal back w/ berries or 1 scoop of whey w/ berries)
M5: chicken breast, sweet potato, green beans
M6: chicken breast, asparagus w/ lemon to taste
M7: 1 scoop casein & 1 tbsp PB

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?

Legs from Ashley Horner-she has GREAT legs. They scream I am strong and fast!
Arms from Jaime Eason-Her arms are the perfect shape and size for someone fit and lean!
Abs from Olya Haidner-she is another women who is a mother who has transformed her body!

What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?

1st would be me losing 70+ lbs. I never thought I would actually be where I am today, but crazier things have happened! 2nd would be becoming a personal trainer/sports nutritionist and finally doing what I love.

What is your main goal in life?

1st and most important I want to be the best wife and mom my 2 guys could ever ask for. I want to make them proud. Other than that I would love to have the fitness status of Jaime Eason or Ashley Horner. I would love to grace a fitness magazine cover at some point and time in my life and I feel I am never to old to achieve this goal.

What is your favourite picture of yourself at the moment?

It would be my first time stepping on stage at the Musclemania show. I love looking at how the picture truly reflects my happiness. My goal was to compete and when I stepped on stage I told myself “You did it Katie! This is your time”
