I do splits throughout the week:
Tuesday- Back and Triceps
Wednesday- Quads and Glutes
Thursday-Shoulders and Biceps
Friday- Light weight/high rep leg workout
Allot of other women look up to you, who do you look up to?
I have a lot of respect for all of the amazing women in the IFBB, I know a couple of them and they are just fabulous hardworking women who make their dreams a reality.
Your favourite food?
Clean favourite food is Oatmeal with Stevia and Cinnamon
Dirty favourite food is Coldstone
Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?
I have taught myself to wean off of craving those types of food…. I rarely eat something that is considered junk food, if I do it’s immediately after a show after I’ve been dieting for 16+ weeks.
Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?
I rarely drink alcohol as well, if I am not dieting for a show and my husband and I go out to dinner I might have a glass of wine or cocktail, but it’s rare. Maybe 1-3 drinks a month if I’m not dieting. I just don’t like how it makes my body feel and how it affects my body.
What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?
7am: ½ cup oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon, black coffee, 4 egg whites
9:30am: tablespoon of almond butter, 4oz lean protein
Noon: 4 oz lean protein, 1 ½ cups of spinach, ½ cup of brown rice
2:30pm: 4 oz lean protein, 1 ½ cups of spinach
5pm: 4 oz lean protein, 1 ½ cups of spinach, ½ cup of brown rice
Workout at 6:30pm
1 scoop of protein post workout with 6oz of water
8pm: 5 egg whites, 1 ½ cups of spinach
Sleepytime tea with glutamine right before bed
If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?
I don’t think anyone else’s body parts would balance out on my body, I’m in the process of making my body the best package possible for my build and structure.
What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?
Getting married and getting on a National NPC stage this past summer, huge accomplishments for me!
What is your main goal in life?
To be happy and enjoy life, we take things too seriously and sometimes lose the big picture of what life is all about, I want to enjoy and be grateful for everything in my life and what is to come.
