A lot of other women look up to you, who do you look up to?

I actually look up to them! They keep me motivated! Yes I have accomplished a hell of a lot in record time but there is always somebody barking up your ass wanting to kick your ass. That’s why you have to always come in better, and it’s hard to stay motivated, determined and focused! I’m so inspired by my clients and those who are able to lose 15 pounds or 200 pounds. Determination and discipline is a beautiful thing to watch!


Back in 2010 in an interview you said you were a real estate agent, is this still the case or have you now gone full time as a personal trainer?

I’m actually a Master personal trainer, don’t sell me short! (Unleashedbeasts reply “sorry”) Beyond that, I am a certified nutritionist and spokesmodel for SAN Nutrition (Sannation.com). I have left real estate. It was too much work, very long hours and boring. Fitness is so much more fun and rewarding. Right now I want to be the best I can be in competitions, for my clients and for SAN. I don’t believe God has intended me to work behind a desk! ;)

In your video interviews you come across that there is no stopping you is this really the case or is it hard to get motivated sometimes?

I’m a go-getter and have always dreamed big but I’m not going to lie, there are times I find it hard to stay motivated. Still, I try to constantly set goals. Setting three attainable goals every day helps me get through the drudgery of working out constantly and helps me stay in the zone! I’m competing in Dallas Pro next month so that is my immediate target. I’m pumped that I will be working for SAN during the event too!

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?

Are u kidding me? Those that say they don’t, have to be full of shit or they must be miserable. I love food! My coaches prefer me to have my cheat meal on Saturday night but this doesn’t work for me because it drags on through Sunday. So, I usually do pizza on Sunday night with my fiancé and watch my favorite tv show, Desperate Housewives.

Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?

In my other life, yes! In 2011 I might have had a total of 5 drinks! I can’t handle it! Even one drink! It’s just not worth it to feel like crap the next day!

I see you said “I was kicked off my college soccer team and lost my scholarship” in an interview you did, if you could go back in time to any point in your life and change what you did, would this be it or would you pick another point in your life?

Hmmmmmm…. well if things were different I might be playing in Germany right now on the US women’s soccer team! No, I truly believe in 2 things. If you make bad decisions you have to follow the consequences and I did learn a life lesson from this and EVERYTHING in life happens for a reason! God has a plan for everything!

What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?

I eat 6 meals, every 2-3 hours! Each meal consists of a protein carb and veggie! I cook everything on Sunday and never ever reheat anything again! I’m pretty hard core and bring my cooler with me everywhere. If I don’t I will make an excuse to have some McDonald’s french fries which I absolutely love even though I know they are disgusting! ;)

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?

Wow…good question! Well I’m keeping my booty! So I think I would take Sonia Gonzales shoulders, Trina Goosby’s quads and Jamie Baird’s tiny waist!

What are your 1st and 2nd biggest achievements in life so far?

Filling every page of my passport, and being able to perform for over 90,000 fans as a professional NFL cheerleader

So what do you plan on winning next?

Hello, Dallas! Don’t you remember that question about motivation. T-minus 40 days and counting (as of July 4th)!!!

What is your main goal in life?

I want to become one of the most well-known fitness icons in the world, have a loving, close, healthy family and be the best person I can be while always chasing my dreams!
