3 days weights and 1 day HITT training. I follow this routine now. My 4th day is no weight training. I exercise every day and do cardio every morning.

Under your belt, what do you plan on next? And where do you see yourself in ten years?
Im planning to compete at the Cyprus IFBB 2011 competition in October and hopefully qualify for the 27th Mediterranean Championships which will be held in Malta the following week. When I first started to compete the goal was to get on the Arnold Stage… In 10 years time, lets hope to be on the Olympia stage

Do you eat any of what people call junk food? If so how often?
Im normal like everybody else….I believe in moderation… Once a week I want my cheat. That way its easy to eat good when you looking forward to a cheat…Offseason I eat 80% of the time clean… I like ice cream and mud cake!!
Do you drink alcohol? If so how often?
I was a party girl before I had my girls… LOL I use to love my Grey Goose and Copenhagen Vodka… I drank it straight shots or on the rocks with a squeeze of lemon juice…. You wont catch me partying anymore, been there done that, got the tshirt! Cant handle the hangovers anymore and it sidetracks me from my goals…. No time for failures here!
What would an example be of your diet you eat day to day?
The ingredients are always the same, I just experiment cooking.
Breakfast I always have 6 egg whites and ½ cup of oats
Morning tea I usually have a shake with some peanut butter
Lunch Ill have Grilled Salmon or Fish with Veges
Afternoon Tea Ill have a shake with a piece of fruit
Dinner Ill have Grilled chicken breast with Quinoa and some salad
Before I go to bed Ill have some yoghurt or cottage cheese
If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 other people, what would they be and why?
Hmmm good question, Ive never really thought, I wish I had from somebody else. Ive learnt to accept what I have and work on my imperfections. That’s a benefit of lifting weights, being able to sculpt your body. Being a figure athlete we need round shoulders, a wide back, tight legs and good butt! I wish I had Ava Cowen’s abs, hows that?
What are your biggest achievements in life so far?
Giving birth to 2 beautiful angels
What is your main goal in life?
To live a fit life, raise my girls, help people if its in my league and keep smiling….
So you’re a mother of twins, this is just amazing and a great incentive to other mums all over the world, what would your tips be to other mums out there that might be starting out getting fit and want a great physique?
Oh yeah, I have so many tips and advices to share and it would be great to join my facebook page. Getting your kids involved in fitness and teaching them good nutrition from a young age. Develop time management skills which I can help you do that so you can do everything a mum has to do plus train. There is enough time in the day to be a Hot Mumma!!
Would you ever mind if your kids followed in your footsteps?
I would love for them to follow, nothing better than keeping in shape, being fit and helping others along the way.

I take a good multivitamin, fish oil, L-Carnitine, BCAA’s, Whey Protein Isolate, Glutamine & ZMA
