When and why did you get started?
I started competing this year actually and I kind of got talked into doing it, and I decide why not ill try it out see if I like it then go from there. Before that I played collegiate soccer and due to many knee injuries I was forced to give up what I loved. I told myself I never want to have that feeling again. It took me awhile to find that activity that I loved just as much, but glad I did and I plan to make the most of it.
What’s your best music to work out to?
I personally prefer Rap/ Hip-hop Favourite Song to work out: Dark Fantasy- Kanye West
Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?
Always room for improvement. I’ll never be content with where I’m at. Always striving to bring a better package.

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
Become Pro/Mag Covers/Sponsors and be a role model for people in this sport and outside the sport to follow and look up to as inspiration and help guide them in a path that leads to a healthier lifestyle.
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
No, sure everyone has cravings but I never get off track, my success is in my own hands. The minute I even get the mind-set to cheat that’s one step back. Got to keep moving forward!
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I’m honestly not a huge drinker by any means. Personally I will go months and months without even a sip. Sure every now and then I’ll have a drink or on special occasions, Drink of choice: Wine (red) But like Phil Heath said “Can’t be a rock star and a bodybuilder”
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)
My 1 supplement I couldn’t be without would have to be my RAZOR8 ALLMAX Nutrition Preworkout. Gives me the best pumps, energy and focus money can buy.
Your favourite food?
If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 famous people, what would they be and why?
Kai Greene- Legs – Because his legs are phenomenal, best in the sport. Would love to have half the amount of size he’s got on his legs.
Phil Heath- Shoulders/Delts – His 3 dimensional look all comes from the delts of his. They look like they are just hanging of him. They make him look wider.
Greg Plitt- Abs – Greg Plitt is the man. Best fitness model on the planet. His abs are hands down best in the business.
Who do you look up to these guys and why?
Even though I do Men’s Physique I have always been motivated by bodybuilders. They put themselves through more hell then anyone. They pay their dues to achieve greatness in a way that’s inspiring and moving.
Your favourite quote?
Be willing to give up that sweat equity, sacrifice a little pain for pride. If you’re able to do that on a daily basis and you check the box and pay your dues every day, then that and anything else in life is in your grasp.
