Meal 1. Cream of wheat 10 egg whites with 3 being whole
Meal 2. Rice and protein shake
Meal 3. Rice and chicken breast
Meal 4. Yogurt and protein shake
Meal 5. Chicken breast or lean steak and rice or plain pasta with veggies
When and why did you get started?
I got started when I was 12 and started because I was smaller than the rest of my school mates. Now I do it to stay healthy and fit.
Have you done any competitions or plan to?
I competed in 1994 and 95. I got 3rd in the Tampa Bay classic Light weight novice and 1st in the suncoast classic middle weight men’s open. I try to stay at a low body fat and may compete again soon. Definitely at 50
What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?
To train top notch athletes for shows and or be sponsored. I help people diet now and have a facebook page, Get fit with Dan
Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?
Not really. I cheat now and then but don’t like doing cardio so I keep it pretty clean. Never when training for a show!
Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?
I drink beer now and then probably twice a month tops and I don’t overdo it. Never when training for a show!
If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)
Your favourite food?
Steak and Lobster.
If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 famous people, what would they be and why?
This is a really hard question. Chest Arnold Schwarzenegger. Biceps Ronnie Coleman. Quads. Tom Platz.
But….. I would have to say I would take 1 body and that would be Flex Wheelers. Best shape ever in the business. Best tie ins.
Who do you look up to these days and why?
People fighting cancer.

Your top 3 tips to someone that might be just starting out bodybuilding?
Diet is #1. Comes before anything. Then sleep then lifting. Lift with form and mix things up quite a bit. It takes time to pack on good gains so be patient and eat loads of protein 5 to 6 meals a day.
