When and why did you get started?

I started training when I was 17 to get fit for football as time went on I got more into the bodybuilding side of it and got more serious about the sport and started competing.

Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?

In the gym I always look to get better and with bodybuilding you want to keep making improvements for every show you take part in, as I am stepping up to the mens categories I am deep in work now trying to make some real big improvements so yes I will always look to get better and stronger.

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?

My biggest dream would obviously be able to turn pro but first of all I aim to become one of the best amateurs in the sport and win a ukbff British title.

Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?

In the past I have always struggled with my appetite, but this year I have stuck to the task and my eating and discipline as been top notch and have stuck to the diet really well, I have 3 cheat meals every week as I have a fast metabolism so the cheat meals help me in my growing.

Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?

I’m not a big drinker to be honest my job is a doorman 4 nights a week covering weekends so that stops me from drinking, I probably drink 5 times a year if that and when I do a drink white wine.

If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)

bsn no xplode, I use this before training and you get massive pumps and concentration for training it’s a must for me before workouts.

Your favourite food?

My favourite diet food would be steak but for a cheat meal it has to be meat feast pizza.

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 famous people, what would they be and why?

Ronnie Colemans back as its out of this world thickness which I am trying to bring up now so would be good for me, branch warrens legs another body part I am working on at the moment they are the best wheels in the world right now. Jay cutlers shoulders width plays a big part in a bodybuilder and jay cutlers shoulders are as wide as a barn door and I think it helps with the overall shape of any bodybuilder.

Who do you look up to these days and why?

The main person I look up to is my mentor Bernie cooper current mr Arnold Europe and ifbb European o60s champion at 65 years old the man is an inspiration trains like an animal and in amazing condition for is age.

Your favourite quote?
