Charles Deffenbaugh – Talks To Us

How and why did you get started:

At the time I got started I was working as an Emergency Medical Technician, feeling stressed from long hours on the road and stressful situations I needed something to help me cope, I started to go back to the gym and it felt great almost instantly addicted to it again as I had been years ago in High school. My last year in High school “04″ I stopped lifting and started to get into the wrong kind of situations way to much partying and negative things really jading myself from my passion in life sports and exercise. I was a 3 sport athlete at one point track,wrestling and football, down to playing no sports and binge drinking along with whatever else there was available, so for about 5 years I did not lift or do anything and let my body go to complete waste though I never became obese thankfully. I have now been lifting for 2 years straight and taking it very serious with Diet,Time and Dedication, The future for me is bright and I will make the best of it to make up for lost time.
