Cecil Croasdaile – U.K.B.F.F British Super Heavy Weight

Weight: 262lbs 18 stone 10 pounds last years off season weight before I started to diet


5 days a week 2 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off

Bulking Diet:

Consists of high wholesome calories both protein and carbs
with food cooked to taste with spices and flavours

Cutting Diet:

The same types of foods as on the bulking diet but just prepared differently
cooked without spices or frying,
foods are grilled and baked and more plain

When and why did you get started?

Started training from school boy days in 1980
then stopped then started again in 1986 and have been training since

Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?

I’ll always strive to get stronger, cause by getting stronger I could only get better

Have you done any competitions or plan to?

I am the current U.K.B.F.F British Super Heavy Weight and Overall Champion for 2011
earning my IFBB Pro Card.

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?

Just being good at everything I do and to be an inspiration to others.

Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?

At times lol but close to competition things stay pretty much strict.

Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?

The occasional drink don’t hurt as long as you know your limits.

If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)


Your favourite food?

Protein foods
in that order

Carb foods
in no particular order

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 famous people, what would they be and why?

I don’t think I would, I love training, so I’d just build the body part on myself if I liked it that much.

Who do you look up to these days and why?

In bodybuilding Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman the only two men to win the mister olympia title 8x

Eat plenty wholesome food
Train consistently
Rest and Recover

What is your favourite motivation picture online and why?

No picture, but a Ronnie coleman training DVD is enough motivation to get me in training mode
