I often change it around a bit too and add more stuff into it.

When and why did you get started?

I have been going to the gym about 2 years now I started because I was never happy with my body and seeing all the bodybuilders on the internet made me want to be one of them and I thought to myself I can do that but I knew from day one bodybuilding is a time game and it’s all in the mind if your mind think you can do something then you can do it I really believe in that, so one day I joined at a local gym near my school I didn’t really know what to do for the first couple of months so I started going to a gym every so often called workhouse with one of my good friends called (Luke Hudson) he showed me the things I needed to do to build I go physique because Luke was the person I looked up to he was known as the big kid at college, so from that day on I gain confidence and knowledge and from workout to work out I was knowing more about the sport and developing my body and still from this day on.

There is also one more person who has really helped me achieve the body I wanted called Maria demetriou this woman is the most down to earth person I have ever spoken too and I can’t thank her enough how she has helped me and she has been the person from the day she met me that said he will be a champ one day!!.

Will you always strive to get stronger or at some point just try to maintain?

I know that I will never be happy with my body because I will always want to look better and better I just take every workout as it comes and put 100% in so if I keep getting stronger I will keep going and going and push myself to the limits.

Have you done any competitions or plan to?

I have not doing any competitions yet but (Muscle Mania) are interested in me and asked me they might be interested in sponsoring me and also for me to take part in there shows so time will tell.

What would be your biggest dream to be able to achieve?

Well my biggest dream will be to make it up to the top with the best bodybuilders in the world and also earn myself a pro card in years to come.

Do you ever struggle to stick to your diet and eat lots of junk food?

No I don’t to be honest I eat clean don’t get me wrong I have the odd chocolate bar every so often but that about it.

Allot of us out there love a good drink of alcohol from time to time, do you ever drink, if so how often?

I only drink alcohol on special occasions because I think it’s the right time to do it.

If you could pick only one supplement what would it be? (Not protein as you can get that from foods easily)

If you could pick only 3 different body parts to put on your body from 3 famous people, what would they be and why?

And if it was for symmetry it would definitely be (Dexter Jackson)

Who do you look up to these days and why?

I look up to the pro bodybuilders because I am proud of them for what they have achieved

Your favourite quote?

BODYBUILDING is like a life of a pearl, you start of small as a grain of sand and hidden in your shell, time after time the grain of sand becomes two, and continues to build size until one day the pearl released and the beauty was shown to the world

Your top 3 tips to someone that might be just starting out bodybuilding?

Don’t start if you don’t have the will and think you can’t do it.

From day one start I clean diet it’s the most important thing.

Don’t go too heavy at first it all about control and movement that builds muscle.
